About Soda & Sand

My story began with a glass fusion class at night school. As the newbie in the class, amongst others that had been attending for years, i was left to discover the basics in this craft. Disillusioned, I decided to buy my own kiln, do my own research and set about experimenting.

I was surprised how quickly my creativity took off and to this day, I am still amazed by the beautiful items I create.

When people started complimenting my work, I decided to create beautiful items for other people to admire. I learn something new every day, I still make mistakes but overall my journey has been one of wonderment!
